If you feel like having a healthy, nourishing and beautiful breakfast, try this delicious blueberry avocado breakfast smoothie bowl vanished with superfoods. It’s very easy to make. All you need is blend the ingredients together to make a smoothie and garnish it with your favorite superfoods.
Instead of using a banana, I used half an avocado. Many people are allergic to bananas so I’ve decided to make something a little different. And it turned out fantastic! It was really good, seriously!:) Did you know that avocados have more potassium than bananas? They will also give a creaminess to the smoothie, so no worry about skipping the banana! You’ll also eat less sugar, which is a good thing! Blueberries are used in this smoothie for the color, its nutritional value, but also because berries are very low in sugars.
This delicious breakfast (or snack) is raw, vegan, gluten and soy-free. Omit the maple syrup for a sugar-free version.
