I love raw chocolate pudding! I love what’s creamy, light, and healthy. I first learn about them when I did my raw food chef training in California a few years ago. I’m not a big fan of desserts, but this is something that is actually healthy. It’s very simple, which is great for digestion, and it’s super easy to make. If you love banana and chocolate, you’ll love this banana chocolate pudding. I’m sure your children will do too.
Did you know that raw cacao was one of our best source of magnesium? Magnesium is an alkaline mineral that most people are deficient today, due to our poor diet and lifestyle. This chocolate pudding is made with raw cacao powder and topped with raw cacao nibs! It’s also made with ripe bananas, which are great to support digestive and heart health. I’ve also added an avocado to add more creaminess and nutrition. Avocados are a higher source of potassium than bananas, they are alkaline, they are a great source of B vitamins and vitamin E, and they provide proteins and fibers. Cinnamon is added for flavors and to help balance blood sugar.
This banana chocolate pudding is raw, vegan, gluten and soy-free. It makes a healthy and delicious dessert but can also be eaten as a snack.
