This blueberry mango smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidants and nutrients. It’s very nutritious, easy to digest, and very yummy. It’s so easy to make and make a delicious, healthy breakfast. It’s perfect for summer. And it’s so pretty and colorful.. !
I love the combination of blueberries and mangoes, and this is what I used in this smoothie bowl. Blueberries are low in sugar and packed with antioxidants, and mangoes are packed with beta carotene, antioxidants, and give a lovely creaminess to the smoothie as well. This smoothie bowl has a lovely combination of colors and it’s important to add more vibrant colors to our diet.
I used raw honey to sweeten a little bit and benefit from the healing properties of the raw honey. I do not use commercial honey as its a completely different product and not healthy. If vegan or if you dont have raw honey, use maple syrup or your favorite natural sweetener.
I’ve also added mint to this smoothie bowl, which adds a really nice flavor and blends nicely with the blueberries. It also makes it more refreshing. Mint is an amazing herb and is very beneficial for the digestive system.
