I love body scrubs! We all know that we have to exfoliate our face a few times a week, but we also have to exfoliate our body! Exfoliating should be part of our weekly routine – it’s a good habit to keep beautiful skin. The skin is the largest organ of the body – it’s really important to take of it. We absorb and eliminate from it. We eliminate toxins and we absorb a big part of what we put on our skin, that’s why I love to use organic, natural, and homemade products. I love know that I’m putting real ingredients on my skin.
This coffee body scrub is made with ingredients I love. Coffee smells amazing and helps to gently exfoliate the skin. Coffee is also rich in antioxidants. Make sure to use grounded coffee. Raw sugar is another ingredients to exfoliate and nourish the skin with its natural minerals. You could also use coconut sugar but I know it can be hard to find for some people and it’s also not the cheapest sugar..! I used coconut oil for the oil as it’s one of the best oil for the skin. It’s very nourishing and will leave your skin soft and moisturized. Cinnamon will activate circulation while remove toxins from the body.
I think this is an amazing body scrub recipe. It’s also so cheap to make compared to body scrubs we buy, and it’s so easy and quick to make. It takes less than 5 minutes to do. You simply have to combine all ingredients together, toss, and store in a air-tight container, preferably in a glass container. If you like the taste of coffee you will sure love this body scrub. And not only it smells amazing but it will leave your skin soft and moisturized, and help your body detoxifies and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Have fun making it!
