Around 400 BC, Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, prescribed apple cider vinegar for a variety of ills. It was used in Biblical times as a cleanser. It is a truly healing elixir. Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting the sugars from fresh, crushed apples. It’s important to get organic, raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar that contains the mother.
