I’m Krystelle! I’m French-Canadian, living in the beautiful city of Montreal
I’m a wife, mother of one (and soon to be mother of two), and stepmother of three. I am a holistic nutritionist and health coach and graduated from culinary school in New York City. I’m passionate about natural health and healing, as well as healthy cooking. While raising my little one at home, I created my first cookbook – a cookbook filled with healthy, tasty, and everyday recipes for the whole family.
Nourishing the body with healthy food is one of the many things that passionate me. I value the importance of cooking with fresh, local, seasonal, sustainable and organic ingredients, while eating meals that are nourishing and comforting, and that make us feel vibrant and energized. I don’t believe in diets but in finding what feels right for us by listening to our body’s needs and messages, and by being open to learn, adapt and change. Everything is constantly changing in life so it’s normal that our diet changes with time too. There is no right or wrong. Instead, be here to explore, experience and learn, and practice to trust, slow down and letting go. Practice awareness, mindfulness and gratefulness.
I’m now pregnant with my second child and I’m taking this time in my life to nourish, balance and heal body, mind and spirit; to practice living in the present moment, to spend quality time with loved ones, to cook and eat with more freedom, peace and simplicity; to read on subjects that passionate me such as personal development, spirituality, conscious parenting and alternative health; and to practice incorporating new habits that are aligned with my core values.

My mission is to help and inspire others to live a more healthy and balanced life by nourishing their body, mind and soul with healthy food, thoughts and practices, in order to achieve inner strength, fullfillement and happiness, and enjoy life to its fullest.
At home, besides cooking and creating recipes, I love spending time reading, researching, studying, writing, creating, journaling, working out and spending time with family.
I also love to travel. I’m lucky enough to be able to travel the world with my family. It has taught me a lot about life, and I love sharing those experiences with my little one.
After having published my first cookbook, I now enjoy sharing content and connect with other moms via social media.
With this second pregnancy, and Covid season, my focus has changed a bit. I have reflected a lot, I made changes in my life, and I’m now taking a day at the time, focusing mostly on my family and I, as well as healing, connection and love.
I will leave you with some random facts about me:
I grew up in Montreal but lived in Santa Monica, California; Boca Raton, Florida; and Manhattan, New York. I’m now back in Montreal.
I met my husband and his three children when I was almost 20 years old.
I’m a matcha addict. It’s my daily cup of happiness. Other addiction? Avocado.
If I would have to eat the same meal every day, it would be a Buddha bowl.
My favorite cuisines are Mediterranean and Japanese
My two favorite occasional alcoholic drinks are red wine and sake.
I have traveled to 35 countries in the world.
My favorite continent is Asia.
I am an introvert. I enjoy being alone and need my alone time to recharge.
I’m a Cancer – I’m a dreamer, slightly idealistic and perfectionist. I’m also very sensitive and emotional.
I love astrology, crystals, numerology, card reading, and making my own healing concoctions. Perhaps in another life I was a witch, who knows, haha!
The morning is my favorite time of the day. I absolutely love waking up early, especially if it’s still dark outside, to have some peaceful, alone time before the day starts. Bonus points if it’s raining – I love rainy days.
