A favorite juice to many, this carrot orange ginger juice recipe is sure to please you and your family. If you are new to juicing, or for those who doesn’t love green juices, this one is definitely a great start. Kids usually like this one, although you may want to hold on on the ginger as it may be too spicy for them.
This juice recipe is not over sweet which I like, and this is because I mostly use carrots. Carrots are naturally sweet but less sweet than oranges. There is only one orange in there and I also add a lot of ginger which adds a really nice kick and balances flavours. Juices can be VERY high in sugars so you definitely want to be conscious about the ingredients you use while juicing and also if you buy cold-pressed juices from grocery stores or juice shops.
There is also the juice of half a lemon, which brighten up everything, balance flavours and add extra vitamin C. This carrot juice is absolutely delicious and is ideal for breakfast, snack or brunch.
If you are doing a cleanse, you may also want to check out this similar recipe. It’s a shot of ginger, turmeric, lemon and orange. It’s amazing on an empty stomach before a juice. This recipe is a bit similar to this one so here it is in case you’d like to make it as well. You obviously both need a juicer to make them.
Do you enjoy juicing? Do you have a favorite combination of flavours or colors? They can be so pretty.
