This beautiful green smoothie is made with pineapple, spinach, banana, cilantro and nondairy milk. It's very rich in enzymes and nutrients, and is refreshing and detoxifying.

Ingredients
1 cup homemade hemp milk
1 cup fresh pineapple
½ frozen banana
1 cup spinach or kale
¼ cup cilantro
Instructions
Put milk in a blender then add pineapple, banana, spinach or kale and cilantro and blend until smooth.
Notes
If you don't have frozen banana, you can use a fresh one and use frozen pineapple instead.
